Vertex was founded in 2018 by people who had spent years inside healthcare billing and kept seeing the same thing: practices handed off to a vendor, then left to chase a queue whenever something went wrong. We wanted to do the opposite.
So we kept the company small and attentive on purpose. We learn how your front desk actually works, how your providers document, and where your specific payers tend to push back, then build billing operations around that. Every client gets a dedicated account manager, regardless of size.
We bill across every specialty and support practices across the United States, coding each to its own payer rules rather than forcing everyone through one process. We grow deliberately, so the team you start with is the team you keep.
